OREVCO is currently developing the OREVCO Real Securities Exchange (ORSE) – the world’s 1st US commercial real estate securities exchange. ORSE is the future of commercial real estate investment. A "real security" is a financial security whose underlying asset is a commercial property. When an individual or portfolio of proposed and/or existing buildings are securitized, OREVCO will convert them into real securities, one or more of which will then be listed on ORSE. The property developer(s) and/or owner(s) will then sell the listed security/securities to an investor(s) via primary or follow-on offerings on ORSE, to raise investment capital for the proposed building(s) and/or earn capital gains on the existing building(s), respectively. Investors can then trade the listed security/securities in the secondary market via ORSE. ORSE’s function will be to provide current and comprehensive information on individual real securities, maintain a liquid market in which they can be traded, and keep track of who owns them.
